A native of Erie, Pennsylvania Pamela attended Penn State University earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Masters of Education in Counseling Education. In addition she is an AIRS ® certified Recruitment Professional.
Mari J. Perez is an experienced Human Resources Development Manager with +22 years of experience in Global Oil & Gas organizations such as GE Oil & Gas, BP, Pason and T.D. Williamson. She has worked in US, Europe and Latin America implementing programs designed to attract, develop, motivate and retain productive employees qualified to succeed in the industry.
In 2017 Mari founded Doorway to Success to assist teams and leaders to become more productive and engaged. She is also a career coach to assist individuals in transition and those interested in retooling or changing their careers.

Prior to becoming a professional Coach, she spent 10 years in the Oilfield Services Industry in various Human Resource management roles in both the domestic and global Engineering and Manufacturing sectors. Agnes has worked for various consulting firms for the past 18 years, where she delivered talent management solutions for Fortune 500 clients and has served as an internal career coach for various companies. Agnes has a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and is certified in Professional Development Coaching, the Harrison Assessment, The Birkman Assessments, and 360 Development Tools.
